Elena Zaurino

I am an economist at the Joint Research Center of the European Commission in Ispra (Italy). 

My areas of research include international trade, organizational economics, innovation and development economics with a focus on global value chains.

I received my PhD in Economics from KULeuven in 2021 where I was part of the IO group. Prior to this, I obtained a  B.A. and a M.Sc. from Bocconi University.
